What you would run
A small private practice for strength
Twenty minutes, once a week, with a trainer - a calm room instead of a crowded floor. Built for the person starting again: that member stays, and she brings the next one.
Which one is you
Then you would run
The corner
In a venue you already run
One station in twenty square metres you already have, run by trainers you already employ. A second membership stream inside your business.
The room: a room in the business you already run - one station, the mat around it, and the floor it needs.
The studio
The place you already run
Your members, your prices and your software stay yours. The fee is flat, so it never touches your revenue.
The room: a place held for this and nothing else - two stations, the mats around them, and the room they are in.
The studio
A place of its own
The road walked step by step, a plan a bank can read, and real advertising tests your market before you sign a lease.
The room: a place held for this and nothing else - two stations, the mats around them, and the room they are in.

Strong numbers, and one thing they do not show: this category has been through a shakeout - we would rather say so than sell you a boom. The number that decides is your town's own answer to a real advert, and you read it before you sign.
Yours · the coaching
You coach. That is the job you keep.
Twenty minutes, up to two members, your full attention. That is the work - and everything below is here so it stays the work.

Before anything is signed
First the proof. Then the lease.
The system proves itself before a lease exists - on your own address, and with real money.
01 · The analysis
Type an address: who competes, what the district holds, and whether the territory is still open.
02 · The proving ground
One email opens the whole cockpit on a sample studio. Press every button before you believe a word.
03 · The demand test
If your town stays quiet, you have spent a media budget and not a lease.
04 · The groundwork
A bank plan of eleven chapters, every figure naming its source. Buy or lease, your lessor, your terms.
What the subscription runs
The marketing, handled.
The work that fills a studio, run from one portal: your website at the centre, your town hearing from you every week, and every answer ready when it comes back.
Handled · your website
Your own website. Whole, on your domain, before you open.
Six pages - home, your offer, your prices, your team, the trial, directions - written for you from what the portal already knows, standing on your own domain before your studio opens. Everything below exists to drive your town to it.
Your domain, yours to keep · checked before it goes live
Handled · being found
Your Google profile, correct, with a button that books.
Hours, address and prices flow from the record you keep once. A booking lands in your diary, and you see the words people searched before they found you.
Google · Apple · Bing, from one record
Handled · the channels
Your whole marketing week, delivered into every channel.
Every week the system builds your studio’s campaign - written, pictured, targeted to your catchment - and delivers it into Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for you. It goes live the moment you say so, from your own accounts: your card, your ceiling, your one-press stop.
Every line through the claims check
Handled · the answers
When the town writes back, every answer is already drafted.
Messages, comments and reviews from every channel land in one list, each with the reply drafted in your studio’s voice. The phone gets picked up while you coach, and it books a first session into your diary.
The reply drafted · you press send
Handled · the papers
Every paper your studio needs, ready to print.
The hours sign, the screening and consent forms, the station check, the landlord pack - filled with your own details and ready the day you need them.
Handled · the material
Your print material, designed, branded and finished.
You order at the printer’s own price, checkable on their page, and the handling shows as its own line.
Handled · the companies nearby
The companies around you, with a reason to call each one.
The offer mail comes drafted with the contact’s name - the company pays part, and their people train with you.
With the licence · the organisation
You stop being a single studio.
Your signature opens the Robla EMS room - every Robla partner in one group, your partner manager in it with you.
And Emil, our AI assistant, knows the whole system and answers whenever you ask - at two in the morning if that is when you are reading.

How the number is possible
One number carries the whole system
A system that does all of this normally charges an entry fee and a share of your revenue - or a flat fee more than twice this number. We built ours as software instead: the campaigns, the answers and the paperwork drafted by AI we trained on this business, checked against rules we wrote, and sent by you. One flat number - and it does not climb when you have a good year.

Robla - the day you sign
You will meet all of it before you pay for any of it. The proving ground is the proof.
The territory
One licence per territory. Yours at the signature.
Measured, not promised: drawn by drive time around your address, counted person by person from the official census. From the day you sign, no second Robla opens inside it - and whether yours is still open is on the first page of your free analysis.

Printed here rather than sent on request - and it does not climb when you have a good year.
Questions
The straight answers
Do I need staff?
Yes, and it is the product. A qualified trainer is in the room for every session, with at most two people training at once - and one trainer covers two stations, so a two-station studio opens on one person. In a corner that is usually somebody already on your payroll who already holds the qualification. When you need people, the hiring help comes with the fee.
What do I charge a member?
You decide. For context, German studios in this segment charge roughly EUR 100 to 130 a month gross for one session a week, and averaged EUR 107 in 2025. Your location analysis shows what the studios and gyms around you actually publish, so you price against your own street rather than a national average. No minimum from us, and nobody checking.
How much does it cost to open?
A corner starts around EUR 9,000, because the room and the people are already yours. A leased studio runs from about EUR 37,000 for one station, and the German market pays anywhere up to EUR 90,000 depending on the room you take on - fit-out is the line that moves, and leasing the stations is the usual route. All of it lands in your own studio rather than in an entry fee - there isn't one. And the full licence fee starts the day you open, day 91 after signing at the latest. While you are building there is a lower monthly rate, and you can stop at the end of any month until you open. Put your own inputs in on the numbers page and every figure moves.
What is the Magicline pack?
The operating software - booking, memberships and billing on your own bank details, the diary, the check-in and the till. It is Magicline, branded to your studio: EUR 189 a month, one price for every partner, and nothing of ours on top. It is optional - if you already run software you like, keep it.
Why would I take a licence at all?
Take a licence when you want the work behind the training handled without giving up your business. Doing this alone is a real option - if marketing is a strength you enjoy and the record-keeping holds no fear for you, you may not need us. Ours you can check before you speak to anybody: read your own territory, move every figure in the calculator, ask Emil the questions a salesperson would deflect.
Why you and not an established system?
They have hundreds of trading studios and a partner you can go and visit. If that decides it, take one of them - we mean that. What you get here instead is everything checkable before you talk to anybody: the fee printed on this page, your own territory drawn from your own address, every figure in the calculator moving on your own inputs, and your equipment order waiting on your own market's answer.
Is there a Robla near me already?
The analysis answers that for your own address: it draws your territory and shows whether it is still open or already claimed. One Robla per territory, and the signature holds it - so the honest way to know is to read your own ground, free, today.
What do your records actually prove?
What your trainer recorded and what your member confirmed, kept in order and time-stamped as the work happens - that is the folder an inspector asks for. Keep whatever the station writes itself as well: the two answer different questions and you want both. These are your duties; we make them cheap to satisfy.
Does your software connect to the station?
No, and not by accident. What the machine does to a body stays between the machine and the trainer in the room. Whatever the station records is yours to keep, and nothing of ours reaches into it.
What if my location does not work?
Then we tell you, and it has cost you an afternoon. The location analysis reads what is around you and shows its working. The demand test spends real advertising money in your territory before you sign a lease or order a station. A report that ends in "not here" is a good report, and it does happen. The most you can lose finding out this was a bad idea is the cost of that campaign.
Start with the address
The room you are thinking about, or just the street. Three minutes - and you see whether your territory is still open.
